MARK YOUR CALENDARS

I know it's early, but I am already panicking about this performance:

MONDAY NIGHT at the NATIONAL

Songs for the Season with Kristy Glass
December 3rd, 2007
Helen Hayes Gallery @ The National Theatre in Washington DC
6:00 PM and 7:30 PM
FREE

So, if you live in the area, PLEASE spread the word and plan on attending. I will remind you again as it gets closer!

This is a great FHE activity for the Holidays. Thanks for getting this out early because calendars fill up quickly, as you know. This can be for children 7 + old, right? :D

Yes, great FHE. I think so, yes....I think children should be exposed to all sorts of music, and I certainly don't mind if there are some fidgets in the audience!

I just emailed my parents who live 20 minutes outside of DC that they need to come and see you perform! I"ll get the DC contingent out there to see you!

Kage,

You probably don't remember me, but we used to share the mothers' lounge from time to time in the College Park building. (I was in the other ward, but of course, the meeting times overlapped.) We had some good chats about babies and work -- I remember one when you'd just decided to do the Sondheim thing and were worried about how it was going to work out.

I've enjoyed following your blog because I remember you telling me how you wanted to move to NYC, and I am so inspired by people who actually dare to live their dreams! Congratulations on coming back to DC in style; I have marked my calendar and will plan on being there! (And I will tell everyone I know!)

Maybe in Novemeber I will make up some posters/flyers and whoever is interested in passing some out, I can send your way...

It'd be so lovely to see you in real life again :) We'll definitely try to be there (sans the little boys, hee hee)

Start spreading the news, oh, that's New York, not DC. Word of your appearance is filtering through College Park Ward - send those flyers and I will make sure to distribute the flyers in Silver Spring Stake. As one who attended your last performance at The National Theater, I'm looking forward to another great show. And I'll be in NYC on September 30th - we need to get together that week.
